Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Attractants & Supplements (opened or unopened)
- Face Paint
- Gun Cleaning Supplies (once opened)
- Personalized or custom-made items

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Any special instructions

Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service and retain your proof of postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days after we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your hunting gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or duties
- Ensuring the package is properly labeled for return
We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
