At Farmstead Outdoors, we stand behind our hunting gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of decoys, archery equipment, game calls, and other outdoor essentials. If you’re not happy with an item, we’ll make it right.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Attractants & Supplements (opened or unopened)
  • Face Paint (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gun Cleaning Supplies (once opened)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping address
  • Any special instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days after we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your hunting gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or duties
  • Ensuring the package is properly labeled for return

We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
